Wine and Rails 2014

Hi there,
Max here, to tell you a little bit about a very fun event coming up this weekend. Wine & Rails.  Wine & Rails is a wine trek on the historic Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad.  You board the train from the train station right across the street from me at the winery.   Once that whistle starts to blow’in, the historic steam engine rumbles and rolls and you are off.  As you start to head out of town the festivities begin.  You get to sample wines from several Colorado Winery’s, and visit with the Sommeliers as you wind your way up the canyon to a top-secret mountain destination.   Once there you get to get off the train and sample tons more WINE!!! along with having some tasty treats to eat.  You can wander over to the river, or enjoy the music and have a little dance, or my favorite, find a big rock in the sun and take a nap.  After a couple of hours of fun, it’s back on the train and down the canyon we go, back to the train station.   It’s so sad that it is over… but guess what, you can come right across the street and see ME!  So come on by and say “Hi”!

Just in case you missed last years Wine and Rails event, we have prepared a little video to show you what you missed.
